Their Deals Tax team collaborates seamlessly with their Deals practice, offering expert guidance on the tax implications of Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Recovery Services, and Real Assets and Credit. Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager in their Deals Tax practice, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

* Work closely in a team to provide tailored tax advice and insights in a dynamic deals market. Your expertise will be crucial in helping their clients navigate the intricacies of merger and acquisition transactions, including restructuring, divestitures, partnerships, and insolvency.
* Play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships and mentoring junior team members. Your ability to develop strong client relationships will be essential in helping them meet their tax obligations effectively.
* Seek specialised input from various tax and network teams, including Transaction Service and international counterparts. Collaboration across their vast network ensures their clients receive the most comprehensive and insightful advice.
* Actively participate in business development activities, identifying and researching opportunities with new and existing clients. Your contribution will directly impact their growth and success.
* Apply your technical knowledge and commercial awareness to solve significant problems for their clients. Your analytical skills and inquisitive nature will be assets in delivering innovative solutions.
* Take responsibility for enhancing your technical and business acumen, staying updated on business and economic trends, industry insights, and sharing your expertise within the team. Your commitment to continual learning will contribute to both your personal growth and their team's success.

Essential Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

* Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, CAI) or Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA) or equivalent international qualification.
* Strong ability to build internal and external relationships and networks, both within the UK and overseas.
* Exceptional communication skills, particularly in negotiations and influencing others.
* Proficiency in analytical skills, project management, and report writing.
* An inquisitive mind and the ability to solve problems collaboratively within a diverse team.
* Ability to use tax technical knowledge in a fast-paced commercial environment.
