Hugely successful PE backed group who are highly acquisitive. They have reached the right point on their development curve to bring tax in-house to provide focus, control and to reduce the external advice bill.
Your new role
This is a wide-ranging role that will initially focus on managing compliance and governance but will also include looking at international tax issues and M&A related tax work. The role will report to the Group FC and applications are welcomed from those working in practice as well as industry.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, a broad base of tax exposure covering day to day compliance but with experience on international and transaction related tax matters.
