Group Tax Manager - Regional Team Lead
If you're looking to head up the tax function for a region then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. After a recent merger, this global life science business is going from strength to strength and they need a broad group tax expert to come and lead the London team.
Managing a team of 3, you will manage the tax strategy and M&A activity for the region whilst overseeing compliance and reporting. The role has a strong business partner element and a confident communicator is key to ensure efficient tax practices in the business.
Based in Central London, the position offers great flexibility with only 1 day per week in the office. Even though the team are quite remote, there is a strong social element to the role and there is plenty of support from the global tax function.
If you've got the below:
* A hands-on group tax background from industry or practice
* Experience of managing and developing staff
* A recent accounting/tax qualification ACA/ACCA/CTA
You can get a competitive basic salary of up to £120,000 per annum with great benefits.
