This is a market leading, global organisation who are looking to recruit an Interim Tax Reporting and Accounting Manager to work remotely. This is an exciting role for an experienced tax accounting manager to work remotely for a highly reputable in-house tax team, and take on some fascinating work.
Your new role
This role will see you be the in-house authority on reporting for tax accounting and finance, where you will navigate complex internal and external tax matters. The role involves ownership of the full tax financial reporting process and reports into the Director of Group Financial Reporting. This includes providing direction to in-house and external; finance teams, reviewing calculations, and leading with external auditors on tax-related reporting matters. As a key stakeholder, you will work closely with the Group Tax team. This position will play a pivotal role in adjusting existing processes to meet new internal requirements, and demonstrate the ability to drive efficiency in a global regulatory environment. This position is fully remote initially for a 3-6 month period, although this is open to extension if required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, you will have a minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), including accounting and hands-on experience in an in-house role within a multinational company. You will also have strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting and strong technical tax knowledge. You will be a subject-matter expert and have well-rounded knowledge of end-to-end tax accounting processes.
