An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Manager or Senior Tax Manager to work in an AIM quoted organisation going through a significant period of expansion.
Deputising the Head of Tax, you will be responsible for all compliance and reporting matters, in addition to providing support in M&A activity and international tax advisory.
Flexible working available; home and office - City of London (expectation of at least 3 days per week in the office)
Key accountabilities will include:
* Implementation of the Group Tax Strategy
* Compliance with all tax relevant laws, disclosure requirements, regulations and accounting standards and identification and mitigation of tax risks
* Implementation and development of the Group Transfer Pricing policy
* Provision of advice on potential acquisitions and transactions
* Working with the finance, legal and treasury teams to maintain efficient group holding and financing structures
* Liaising with and managing external advisors
UK
* UK tax advice
* corporate tax returns, CT61 and PSA & ERS returns
* monthly VAT returns and P11D/P11D(b)
* accounts provision & disclosures
* Payments to government return & annual report disclosure
International
* Review of correspondence with overseas tax authorities
* Review & approval of corporate tax returns
* General technical & strategic tax support for overseas operations and to the overseas teams
