Are you looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the in-house tax team of this well-established, global organisation. Forward-thinking and ambitious for change, this organisation prides itself on creating an environment where each individual is truly valued, and every success is recognised. Its values are all about unlocking potential, reaching new heights and being a great place to work. The in-house tax team is responsible for providing strategic tax advice, implementing tax policies, managing risk and ensuring tax compliance obligations are met.

As the Global Mobility Tax Manager, you will take a lead on providing tax advice to support the organisation's globally mobile population including formal secondments under the global mobility policy, business travel, and other working arrangements that sit outside the policy. You will be expected to manage the UK tax compliance and reporting requirements relating to cross-border working (preparation and sign off) and co-ordinate global compliance with relevant in-house teams and external advisors. In addition, you will need to manage the risks relating to global mobility tax, work collaboratively with internal functions and respond to ad hoc queries as required.

The ideal individual will be ACA and/or CTA qualified with significant experience gained within global mobility tax. You will also need to be agile and able to deal with a degree of ambiguity as this organisation wants to continuously adapt to put itself in the best position. Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team, will also stand you in good stead for success in this role. With offices throughout the UK including London, this position can be based in numerous locations, however you will need to be willing to travel for team meetings. The business has a hybrid working arrangement in place.

If you currently work within the profession and are looking to move in-house then this could be an ideal move. Equally, individuals already working in-house that are looking for a new challenge will be considered. In return for your expertise, you will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary and strong benefits package in addition to the scope to really make a positive impact as an integral part of a progressive team.
