Take the next step in your career by joining global business as its in-house Global Mobility & Employment Tax Manager. Headquartered in the UK, this organisation has offices in Europe and the US. A purpose driven organisation with sustainability at its core, this business organisation is determined to make a positive impact on the world. People are its top priority and it works to create an environment in which every individual can thrive.
You will report to the Head of Compensation & Benefits, who previously did this position, and take responsibility for ensuring the Group is compliant in respect of employment and expatriate tax. It will include UK and overseas payroll taxes, social security, and tax equalisation. This is a truly varied position that will see you supporting the Group's globally mobile population which includes some of the most senior people within the business; working with the recruitment team to advise on off payroll working; overseeing and signing of the PSA and P11d reporting as well as ensuring compliance in respect of the Group's remote working policy. You will need to manage the relationship with external advisors as well as several key internal stakeholder groups.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is either looking to make their first move in-house or who already has in-house experience and is looking for a new challenge. Ideally you will hold a tax or accounting qualification and have experience in either expatriate tax and/or employment tax with a willingness to learn and develop your skills. You will benefit from the support of someone who has done this role previously yet enjoy great autonomy with the chance to make your own impact as the business continues to grow.
