An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Manager in the field of Rewards (FS) at a leading professional services firm. The position is UK-wide and offers a chance to join a dynamic team that provides reward solutions to both UK and non-UK headquartered FS clients.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in various aspects of the business, including business development activities such as client proposals, presentations, and technical writing. The candidate will also have the chance to contribute to the growth and success of the team.

Responsibilities for this role include managing and delivering client projects on reward workflows, advising on various reward-related matters, designing incentive plans, and reviewing existing plans to ensure their effectiveness. The Senior Manager will also play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, collaborating with different teams, and providing integrated advice to clients.

The ideal candidate will be committed, driven, and take personal responsibility for their projects. They should be a team player who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are also required.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an analytical subject such as economics, finance, mathematics, business, or statistics. Work experience demonstrating strong technical skills, client service excellence, and business development acumen is highly desirable. Direct experience in advising Financial Services firms on reward matters or working with Remuneration Committees, either as an external consultant or in-house, would be advantageous.
