Group Tax Manager, London (Hybrid)

A unique opportunity to join a fast growth insurance group in a newly created role reporting to and deputising for the Head of Tax. The Group has expanded rapidly by acquisition and organic growth, and as such the need has arisen for a dedicated Group Tax Manager to look after compliance and reporting for the UK and International Group. Key responsibilities include:

* Preparation and review of UK tax comps and provisions
* Review of international quarterly and year-end tax provision calculations
* Integrate newly acquired groups into compliance and reporting processes
* Ownership over any direct tax UK issues such as CIR, CFC, R&D claims etc

There is a huge amount of opportunity for the role to grow around this individual and the rate of growth of the Group means there is plenty of scope to develop beyond the compliance and reporting role. The successful candidate is likely to be a qualified accountant, ideally with experience of working in a compliance and reporting role.
