A long term interim role for an experienced International tax Manager to be based in either Luxembourg or France. Working for this global organisation you will operate in a tax advisory capacity to the business.
* You will manage Tax procedures in particular in France covering Tax audits, tax litigation's and other procedures in relation to different tax authorities
* Partner with multiple stakeholders across the company to lead tax input on the launch of new business initiatives and provide ongoing tax support for queries
* Own corporate tax input on projects to deliver detailed tax analysis and recommendations and notably for the ones impacting France
* Communicate complex tax concepts in ways that are meaningful and useful to non-tax professionals
* Engage regularly with business partners to ensure understanding and continued compliance with the group's European business structure
* Assess how existing and upcoming tax laws and regulations will impact the wider business.
* Assist with managing relationships with outside tax consultants and regulatory authorities on an ongoing basis
Qualifications expected from candidate:
* A minimum of 10 years of French and International corporate tax experience with a public accounting firm, major law firm, and/or in industry, preferably a multinational corporation
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
* Experience of working with European tax laws
* Fluency in French and English
