An large accounting practice based in Newport looking to add within its successful audit team.
Your new role
* Manage audits from planning to completion.
* Prepare and review general accounts.
* Support the Audit Managers to coach trainees and support with their learning and development.
* Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are met.
* Monitor workflow of the team.
* Identify and assess risk.
* Able to work alongside and part of the senior management team and other sectors of the firm and support with company growth.
* Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
* Confident in networking to promote the department.
What you'll need to succeed
* ACA or ACCA qualified or on the Professional stages of exams
* Efficient in both audit and accounting
* ACA,?ACCA?or?CA qualified or a finalist with audit experience within practice
* Self-motivated and reliable who is eager to progress
* Technically efficient in both audit and accounting
* A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team
* Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
* Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
* ACA,?ACCA?or?CA qualified or a finalist with audit experience within practice
