This rapidly growing National Firm is looking for a Rewards & Benefits Manager/Associate Director to join their Birmingham Office. This sits within their Employer Solutions Group and you would be joining 3 other specialist partners based Manchester and London, working closely with their Global Mobility Director based Birmingham. As the Birmingham Rewards Manager you would be part of their wider Birmingham tax team and their national ESG/Reward team.
Your new role
This Firm covers a range of work; EMI/CSOP/SAYE/SIP, growth shares, management equity, remco advisory and EOT work. As this Firm's Rewards Associate Director/Manager you will be working on projects as well as supporting Directors/Partners on winning work from Midlands clients. You would also be doing tax valuation work (training will be provided) - covering all aspects of reward work such as structuring, tax advice, valuations and drafting giving you variety and exposure to all aspects of rewards & benefits.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Rewards Manager/Associate Director will be qualified with experience gained within specialist reward/share schemes.
