An experienced tax professional is needed for an exciting opportunity as an Associate or Manager in a Transaction Tax (Financial Investors) role in London. The growing team, with over 60 professionals, provides tailored tax advice to a diverse portfolio of infrastructure funds and private equity clients, with mandates that typically span across three core service lines: Transactions Tax, Fund and Management advisory, and International tax.
Responsibilities of the role include establishing and managing client relationships, identifying areas of risk for clients, providing advice in all aspects of UK transactions tax advisory work, and providing ad-hoc advice on day-to-day planning issues. The ideal candidate should be bright, action-oriented, and have a background in transaction tax, with experience with infrastructure or private equity clients.
