Reward & Share Schemes Associate Director/Director

As the Share Schemes Director or Associate Director, you will be play a key part in the future success of the business. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, you will be expected to undertake a truly varied and interesting role. Your responsibilities will include:

* Advising on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership
* Providing in-depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and reward tax including related areas such as employment, NIC, CGT etc.
* Sharing expertise on split interest, freezer, and nil paid arrangements
* Preparing share valuations and liaising with HMRC

As well as managing a portfolio of existing clients and delivering services to them, you will be involved in mentoring and training more junior staff as well as identifying opportunities to win new clients for the team. To succeed, you will ideally hold a professional tax or accounting qualification and have gained a strong technical background within reward tax and share schemes through your career to date. In addition, a proven track record of business development and managing client portfolios profitability will be key.
