The Transfer Pricing Manager will work with a diverse team of technical specialists to provide innovative and compliant solutions to clients' most complex tax issues.
The firms Transfer Pricing team specialises in helping organisations understand how they should price transactions between related parties. As part of this team, the Transfer Pricing Manager will work with deep technical specialists in a broad spectrum of areas - together they'll present differentiated thought leadership to clients.
As a Transfer Pricing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for proactively assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, leading on the delivery of a variety of technical projects, and actively involved in business development activities to help identify and further opportunities on new/existing clients. They will also be involved in the financial management of clients, coordination with specialists across the global network to deliver great outcomes for clients, and training, coaching, and supervising junior members of the team.
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering quality work for clients, extensive experience of advising multinational clients on transfer pricing, and experience in building internal and external relationships and networks. In addition, the candidate will have developed communication skills, specifically in negotiating with and influencing others, and a track record of providing meaningful feedback to help others improve and develop.
