This is a senior appointment for someone to lead it's employment tax offering. You will inherit an existing team and revenue stream with the support to grow the business. The client base is varied including many instantly recognisable brands. The firm offers global mobility and reward/share schemes advice and has a strong tax team so there are plenty of internal lead generation opportunities as well as those to be sought externally. This is a market facing role that would suit an individual who enjoys business development and has a proven track record within this space. The current team is split between Edinburgh and Glasgow however you could be based in any of their offices across Scotland, London or Newcastle as long as you are willing to travel to them and elsewhere to meet clients. You will also be able to work remotely from home.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make an impact and reap the benefits associated with building a successful practice. As well as the ability to win work and convert leads, you will need a solid grounding in employment tax to be able to support the team and clients.
