Are you looking for a new challenge? An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join this Fortune 500 company to do just that. This is a key hire for the business and a newly created role with scope for professional development and role expansion for the right individual.

As part of the Reward and International Mobility Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of approved and unapproved share schemes as well as overseeing other employee tax fillings with HMRC. The role encompasses HMRC fillings e.g. STBV, PSA and Form 42, as well as the internal project management of share campaigns, taxable events and administration.

The ideal candidate will require a background in employment tax with an awareness of the tax responsibilities relating to share schemes. This would be an excellent move for someone working within the profession who wants to move in-house or someone already in-house looking for a new challenge.

The role is based in Aberdeen with the requirement to be in the office at least 3 days a week. Individuals looking to work 4 days or have flexibility around working hours will be considered. Relocation is also an option for an individual looking to move location to secure the role. As well as flexible working arrangements, the business offers a market-leading benefits package.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
