Group Tax Manager - Private Equity - 6-9 months

Group Tax Manager interim tax job in London requires an experienced Senior Tax Manager or Tax Manager with private equity tax experience.

Reporting to the CFO of this private equity organisation, the Group Tax Manager will operate in a stand alone capacity, initially focusing on the compliance obligations, and then moving towards overseeing an outsourcing project.

Duties will involve:

* Preparation of fund partnership computations and fund tax returns.
* Preparation of partnership returns for the partnership entities.
* Assist the finance team on corporate tax matters.
* Liaise with advisers regarding fund and new deal structuring.
* Liaise with HRMC and international tax authorities on areas such as DAC6 and FATCA.
* Support the business on changes in tax legislation.

To be considered for this role it is advantageous to have tax experience from a private equity or related background, in order to be able to complete the partnership tax obligations and to also be able to advise on the tax impacts of the funds.

Commencing as an interim position, there is the possibility of a permanent opportunity for the successful applicant.
