Tax Advisory Manager working for a well established accountancy practice in Manchester City Centre

Your new firm
Your new firm are a well known accountancy practice based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. A strong independent practice they have a good offering, providing services across taxation, accounts, audit and corporate finance. A growing tax team, they work predominantly with supporting entrepreneurs and OMBs across the North West. The advisory team have seen plenty of growth across the last 6-12 months, so are now seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join the team.

Your new role
In your new role you will be working closely with Senior Managers and the Tax Partner, providing a range of advisory services to both entrepreneurs and OMBs. This is a very mixed tax role where you will be advising on corporate affairs, personal tax, inheritance tax and stamp duty tax. As well as managing your own portfolio of tax advisory clients you will also assist with growing the team, staff management and other firm wide responsibilities. Plenty of progression is available as part of this role with senior manager and director opportunities available in the future.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to come from a strong UK tax background, having experience working on advisory projects. You should be ACA/ATT/CTA qualified and have a desire to work in a pure advisory role. applicants from a tax compliance background could also be considered if you have the desire to working in a pure advisory role.
