An established and successful accountancy practice in Coventry who offer big firm knowledge and expertise but with a small firm approach to cost and quality of service. They offer bespoke accountancy and tax advice and enjoy an enviable reputation across the region, not only for their technical expertise but also their approach to their people.


Your new role
The job in question is predominantly corporate tax advisory, however, given the nature of the client base - largely owner managed businesses - someone from a mixed tax background would be ideal. Day to day you'll advise on tax solutions for a range of corporate issues such as; reorganisations, restructuring, tax due diligence, profit versus dividend and repurchase of company shares.


What you'll need to succeed
You'll have a demonstrable track record of advising clients on UK corporate tax issues. It's likely you'll be qualified (ACA, ACCA, CTA), however, this isn't a deal breaker. You'll be someone who genuinely understands what first-class customer service is and more importantly someone who delivers it time and time again.
