Would you like to use your expertise to support clients on investment funds, fund managers and family offices on a variety of requirements including structuring, buy and sell-side due diligence, deal structuring and tax modelling?
Capital Tax Recruitment is currently assisting our client to find a Real Estate Tax Manager, you would need to have experience in real estate or transaction tax and be able to build relationships with their existing clients and grow the business. You can also come from a corporate tax background, looking to make a transition into the real estate sector.
Your responsibilities for this role will include:
* Providing tax advice on UK real estate transactions.
* Producing due diligence reports in all buy-side and sell-side mandates.
* Drafting advisory reports on investment structures and transaction structuring regarding the acquisition and disposal of investments.
