This is a newly created role and a critical hire for the business as it embarks on an exciting new chapter. You'll report to the Global Tax Director and work with the existing Employment Tax Manager. The role is broad in scope covering both employment tax and global mobility tax issues. You will be expected to manage risk, ensure compliance, design policies and identify where improvements can be made.
Ideally, you will have broad exposure to both employment and expatriate tax either gained elsewhere in-house or in the profession. Individuals who currently have employment tax or expatriate tax experience yet are keen to learn and broaden their knowledge will also be considered.
