Your new role
This is a newly created role which has been driven by a number of significant acquisitions and lots more in the pipeline. You will support the DD process on M&A targets, provide structuring advice as well as providing a business advisory service.

What you'll need to succeed
An extensive background in VAT gained within practice or industry with a focus on transactions.
