Capital Tax Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a dynamic accountancy firm in London. The successful candidate will be working within their high performing and rapidly expanding Real Estate tax team. You will have experience in the UK Real Estate market and should be able to demonstrate business development acumen in addition to being able to work well with Partners and Directors to build good relationships with target and key accounts.
The responsibilities within the role are:
* Advising on tax compliance, advisory and due diligence.
* Tax structuring, helping their clients buy and sell properties in a tax efficient way.
* Multi-jurisdictional transactions across the Real Estate sector.
* Developing more junior members of the team.
You will be given exceptional support from Partners and Directors and you will have the opportunity to lead from the front when dealing with clients.
