We’ll help you succeed
Associate Director is a senior role. You will be a key member of the London Employment Tax group, responsible for providing employment tax advisory and compliance services to a wide range of clients.
You will be entrepreneurially minded and a work winner. You will be excellent at building relationships and closing sales and whilst some existing clients will be transferred to you, you will be responsible for building a portfolio by developing targets in order to ensure the continued growth of the business. You will also provide assistance to senior members of staff in both client work and in the management of the group, as appropriate. Naturally there is a junior team to leverage.

We’re looking for someone with:
Ability to maintain an in depth, up to date, knowledge of taxation
Specialist knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues
Ability to build relationships and to sell
Project management experience
Staff management experience
Ability to manage a substantial client portfolio profitably
Participate in bids/proposals for new work
Able to commoditise new ideas and take advantage of marketing/PR opportunities
Develop own network of contacts internally and externally and win own work
Experience of dealing with client senior management
Educated to degree level and/or CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified or qualified by experience
