Within this role, you will be at the forefront of tax technical expertise working alongside professionals who have an extensive industry and internal tax network and are very well respected and known within the world of real estate.
On a day to day basis, at Senior Manager, the succesful candidate will:
* Maintain relationships with clients and build new relationships, spotting business development opportunities.
* Deliver tax technical consulting projects.
* Build networks and relationships with external real estate contacts, and with internal teams.
* Supervise, coach and mentor staff.
To be considered for this role, you need to have prior real estate experience but need not have worked in a pure real estate role.
To apply, it is essential that you are qualified in either ACA, ACCA, CTA or tax legal qualification or the equivalent.
The real estate team of this firm are going through major development and so you will be joining at a time where your experience and personal attributes will take real affect. You will have your own career path to develop and this role will suit someone who is ambitious to drive business forward whilst taking pride in providing outstanding tax technical work.
