One of our global legal clients is looking for an 8 years PQE Senior Associate corporate tax lawyer for its corporate team that looks after clients with interests across the US, Europe and Asia. Clients include successful families, entrepreneurs and their businesses operating across numerous sectors including healthcare, sports, retail and hotels and leisure.
The actual role will depend on the experience and interests of the successful applicant but will include the full range of corporate M&A, venture capital investment and advisory work, working in a wide range of sectors.
The ideal candidate will have
* Up to 8 years PQE in a corporate tax team
* Strong academics
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, drafting and negotiating a range of documents including transaction documents, many of which will be international in nature. Moreover, they will work closely with the full range of clients including investors, founders, entrepreneurs and corporates.
