As the Saudi Arabia market expand and develops so is its Tax system and requirements. A key advisor in the region is investing heavily in its Saudi Indirect Tax Practice to help it capitalise on market changes and aid the growth of the Practice. This role is for an individual who is prepared to relocate fully (with family if relevant) to Riyadh.
The company will help with relocation/housing support/school fees on top of being paid a tax free salary. They are very keen to find a high calibre ACA/CTA/CA/LLM or equivalent qualified person who see the superb opportunity of building their Partner career on the ground in Saudi as the country/market shifts and develops.
This role will be sector agnostic in focus and heavily geared towards building brand/relationships/market share whilst delivering on complex advisory/M&A tax work. You will work with Large corporates in the Middle East region engaged in retail, energy, oil & gas, financial services, real estate and manufacturing sector as examples.
You will join an already established tax team who will be there to aid delivery on new/leveraged work won, whilst this Senior Hire aids leadership with the vision of how this practice will grow over the next 3-5 years.
Background requirements:
Significant experience of managing an Indirect Tax team.
Proven capability of building strong client relationships.
Agile mindset and interest in applying technical skills in a new region.
Have strong level of emotional intelligence to know how to adapt to a team of different nationalities.
Experience from the GCC/Asia/Europe/UK all applicable.
