Capital Tax Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a prestigious Big 4 accountancy practice who are looking to recruit a Senior Manager into their Trust Compliance team. As a Senior Manager in the team the role would encompass the following:
* Responsibility for high quality output across the team, including reviewing some of the larger and more complex trust clients.
* Identifying consulting projects that might arise from the compliance work.
* Leading the overall trust team (people, finances, technology, marketing).
* Responsibility for transition work into the trust compliance team.
* Provide specialist support in the ongoing development of technology to support the trust compliance work.
* Work alongside advisory teams to take the compliance offering to the market.
The successful candidate will benefit from working within the market leading trust compliance team in the UK, delivering to a diverse and interesting client base. This team provides an excellent platform to develop your skills and will support you to achieve fast progression up to Director level in the short term.
