Head of International Tax / Tax Director, London - to £170k + bonus

A brand new role has been created working for a Global, highly acquisitive group where you will be supporting the business as they continue to grow in the UK and Internationally. Reporting to the CFO based in London, you will be advising on transactional activity as well as helping the UK company grow and putting the required infrastructure in place.

Specific responsibilities include:

* Partner with senior management and M&A team for all business activity outside the US
* Ownership over the UK Group to ensure compliance and reporting deadlines are met across all taxes
* Manage the relationship with external advisors and HMRC
* Manage the Transfer Pricing position and ensure documentation is in place

You will need to have extensive experience of international M&A work as well as a broad understanding across all UK tax issues. This is a senior role that will add value to the global business and set up the tax strategy moving forward. You will need to be able to demonstrate experience in managing senior stakeholders both internally and externally whilst also be hands on enough to manage the UK Group. An understanding and interest in Financial Services / Insurance would be advantageous although not required. Please contact me for more information.
