The private client tax team looks after a really diverse client base of HNW including non-domiciled individuals, successful entrepreneurs and high profile individuals. They encourage a close relationship with clients so that you become advisors in the truest sense of the word.
The team is very busy and there is a need for an additional tax senior to take on responsibility for a portfolio and ensure that existing work loads do not become too onerous.
You will be responsible for all compliance issues, handling the more complex matters yourself and delegating and the reviewing more straightforward work carried out by the assistants in the team. Everyone pulls together here, so a can-do approach is essential as is the desire to help with coaching the juniors as well as continuing to develop your technical skills.
You will either be CTA qualified or looking to finish your exams for which the firm will provide study support as well as on the job training and support.
Promotion is merit based. No need for time serving here, and with the client base continuing to grow and grow quickly, there is no shortage of work to go around.
