Capital Tax Recruitment is currently working with a dynamic Big 4 deal advisory team who are looking to recruit a Senior Tax Manager to focus specifically Real Estate deals. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work in an environment that offers plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development. Whilst working in the team you will broaden your project management and technical skills and your commercial acumen.
This role involves working on a range of Real Estate projects including:
* Tax structuring advice on a wide range of Real Estate transactions.
* Carrying out detailed technical research relating to deals being executed in the Real Estate sector.
* Co-ordinating tax advice given by other international teams.
* Developing client facing relationships and internal relationships with overseas teams within the firm.
You will also have the opportunity to work with many talented people within this prestigious firms global tax and transactions network, the financial community and other professional advisers. There are also opportunities for overseas travel in light of the nature of the teams work and a clear path to Director which can be achieved in the short term based on the volume of work that is anticipated to be generated by the team throughout 2023.
