Tax Manager, M&A - Zurich, Switzerland
Your tasks
• Support companies and private equity funds in M&A transactions.
• Contribute around due diligence, net debt, management incentive plans along with financing and acquisition structures.
• Lead your team and take responsibility for M&A projects.
• Develop your own client portfolio.
Your profile
• You have a master's degree in finance, business administration, economics or similar along with being a Swiss Certified Tax expert.
• A Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a tax consulting environment.
• Ability to work fully in both German and English, with any other additional language a plus.
• You are committed and can work well in a collaborative team-oriented environment and possess excellent communication skills.
