Unique Real Estate & Infrastructure Tax Director opportunity.

Capital Tax Recruitment is currently partnering with a renowned firm to help them identify a strong Real Estate & Infrastructure Tax Director whose principal role will be to manage the firms relationship in this area with the one of their key clients who are a prestigious global banking group.

Your main responsibility will include:

• The structuring and formation of new investment funds and similar investment products.
• Investment transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and refinancing)
• Winding down the funds once all investments have been exited.

This is a high priority role and as such the salary package on offer is well above market rate and there will also be focussed support to build the team and progress to Partner level in the short term.
