Capital Tax Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a prestigious accountancy practise who are currently looking to hire an ambitious Senior Associate to join their thriving Alternative Investment Funds team that has seen significant growth in the aftermath of the coronavirus pandemic.
The successful candidate will be working amongst the brightest minds in this area as an integral part of a team of problem solvers helping the firms clients to tackle their complex alternative investment fund issues from strategy to execution.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Work as part of a team to provide quality advisory and compliance services to a high-profile portfolio of both UK and multinational alternative funds.
• Work across a diverse range of alternative funds including Private Equity, Private Credit, Hedge Funds and Real Estate.
• The work is technically stimulating and offers opportunities to work on major corporate transactions, international structuring, technical compliance engagements and a range of day-to-day ad-hoc tax advisory matters.
• As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced Partners, Directors, Senior Managers and Managers across the team.
