Pure Search are currently working in partnership with a Top10 firm in order to recruit a Compliance & Transformation Tax Manager for their London Office. My client is looking for diligent individuals who want to be a part of a large expansion and who are interested in driving greater efficiency for their clients.

The role;

As a Manager within the Compliance & Transformation Teams, you will be an integral point of designing and analysing tax processes for clients- including the project management of compliance and reporting services.

Duties include but are not limited to;

* Assisting and advising clients on the design, ERP and automation within Tax
* Establishing and building client relationships to maintain an excellent standard
* Working with Tax Transformation colleagues and being able to communicate with all levels of colleagues up to Partner
* Project managing and leading on the deliver of technology/transformation projects as part of wider transformation within businesses
* Be responsible for the line management, supervision and assistance of more junior members of staff

The relevant candidates will have;

* ACA, CTA or equivalent qualification
* Experience in compliance reporting or tax technology/transformation
* Have excellent communication skills and a strong track record in organisation/project management
