Experienced senior tax manager director CTA qualified excellent prospects South Coast Dorset Bournemouth

I am currently working with one of the Dorset area's leading accountancy practices who have an exciting opportunity in our Dorset office for a Senior Tax Manager.

Reporting to the Partners the key responsibilities will include technical advisory work and research, mainly related to limited companies but will cover all taxes, drafting and completing corporation tax account reviews, preparing high quality, professional tax reports and completing the high level tax compliance work, as well as reviewing work completed by junior members of staff.

The firm are looking for individuals with initiative to develop their careers and provide a first class service to their clients in both compliance and advisory areas. Ideally you will be CTA Qualified with a minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience in accountancy practice with a mixed corporate tax technical knowledge and experience of assisting clients on a variety of tax-related issues.

You will need to demonstrate the ability to maintain excellent client relationship skills and the ability to nurture existing clients, be detail orientated with the ability to demonstrate technical breadth, the ability to explain complex tax issues in plain English for all levels of understanding and the ability to prioritise work and to work to strict timescales where required.

A generous remuneration package is on offer including a very generous basic salary, pension scheme, life assurance, 23 days annual leave (plus Bank holidays) and the opportunity to purchase additional holiday days. Full time hours are 36.25 hours per week with flexible start and finish time around core hours, and the firm can consider part time hours for the right candidate. This role is integral in helping the firm meet its agreed aims and objectives within a profitable, professional, efficient and effective working environment and as the role may require you to travel to client premises it is vital you hold a current driving licence and have your own transport.
