Partnership Tax Associate/AM

One of our Top Six clients is looking for corporate tax candidates for their Partnership Tax team.

The roles are at Associate and Assistant Manager level and are within a very close knit and well recognised market leading team.

The team has a high Partner to Staff ratio and hence offers unrivalled training and coaching for more junior staff and the ability to work closely with the Partners and Directors on individual projects, which will help you hit a steep, rewarding learning curve from an early stage. The role will help develop the technical, commercial and client relationship skills and you will also have an opportunity to work with a varied range of clients, provide compliance and advisory service domestically and internationally and work on some tax reporting projects.

Your responsibilities include:

-Supporting senior members of staff in delivering efficient client services

-Assisting more senior staff in client matters, preparing client tax returns and budget and time pressures

-Being a strong team player in all dealings

-Developing relationships with clients and networking

-Being up to date on relevant legislation

You ideally need to be CTA or ACA, or ATT qualified or part qualified (for Associate level). Having experience working in a business tax compliance role is a specific advantage. The team is open to informal chats and part-qualified professionals will be considered.

You will also be able to tailor your role to include past tax experience or areas you want to develop.
