Partnership Tax Manager - Magic Circle Law Firm

One of our clients, a magic circle law firm is looking for a Partnership Tax Manager for a fixed term contract until November 2023. They are looking for someone to assist with UK partnership and UK corporation tax compliance issues.

The Partnership Services team deals with statutory reporting, tax, treasury and all partner remunerations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnership tax returns including analysing P&L, working on fixed assets, and analysing cross-border flows for UK tax treatment. There will also be some transfer pricing tax involved such as assisting in preparing and updating transfer pricing documentation and helping local offices with their issues. However, to apply you need not done a significant amount of transfer pricing as this is an area of the role where a lot of support and training will be provided by other members of the team.

You must have advanced Excel skills and be able to work in a team effectively. It is necessary to have business or partnership tax experience and be tax qualified such as ACA or CTA. Even though this is a fixed term contract, you do not have to be immediately available, a three month notice period is acceptable.
