Tax and Treasury Manager (In-House)

A rapidly growing property group based in London is seeking a standalone Tax and Treasury Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing organisation and gain excellent exposure. This role will be reporting directly into the Group FC and be the ‘go-to’ person for all issues tax related.

This role offers remote working opportunities so it is important to be a self-starter and be able to work autonomously.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage the corporate tax compliance process, liaising closely with advisors on the preparation and submission of returns
• Working with advisers to have complete oversight of everything tax related in both a compliance and advisory perspective
• Take responsibility for group VAT including production and filing on VAT returns, dealing with external advisors/HMRC and ensuring the group is up to date with MTD
• Manage company transfer pricing policy
• Assist with cash flow projections
• Monitor corporate bank debt and shareholder debt

The ideal candidate will be
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with Big 4/Top Tier training preferred
• Prior treasury experience is not essential
• Good communicator and highly motivated
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and accounting system knowledge
