Private Client Tax Associate/Assistant Manager

This Top 6 team located in London and Reading is looking for a Private Client Tax Senior Associate or Assistant Manager to join their Professional Services tax team.

This role will help develop the technical, commercial and client relationship skills of the successful candidate. You will also have an opportunity to work with a varied range of clients, provide compliance and advisory service domestically and internationally and work on some tax reporting projects.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

-Supporting senior members of staff in delivering efficient client services

-Assisting the Manager in client matters, preparing client tax returns and budget and time pressures

-Being a strong team player in all dealings

-Developing relationships with clients and networking

-Being up to date on relevant legislation.

To apply, you need to be CTA or ACA qualified but ATT qualified and part qualified CTA candidates will be considered. Having experience working in a corporate tax role is ideal. Of course, personal tax experience is advantageous. The team is open to informal chats if you would like to find out more about the team and the role prior to committing to a full interview process.

You will also be able to tailor your role to leverage on past tax experience or areas you want to develop.
