Part-time In-house Employment Tax Manager - Professional services firm (Bristol, Glasgow or London base, hybrid working)

Rare and attractive opportunity for an Employment Tax Manager seeking first move in-house and into a part-time, 4 day a week role to maximise their work/life balance.

You will be working for a well-regarded professional services firm, in a small, friendly Tax team, where you will be the sole specialist in Employment Tax, working closely with HR and finance and enjoying a wide-ranging varied role.

The ideal candidate will have approx. 5 years' experience in Employment Tax advisory and compliance, be Big4 or Top 10 trained and looking for a role where they can make their mark in a friendly, supportive international business.

The firm has no prescriptive hybrid-working rules, so can accommodate different requirements to suit the individual around how often you work in the office; this flexible approach means most of the team choose to be in the office 2 days a week but this is not prescriptive. As you will have key stakeholders based across a number of regional offices, your base office location is not critical.
