Corporate Tax Manager and Senior Manager, Thames Valley

Our client is a close-knit professional services team located in the Thames Valley area looking for a Tax Manager and Tax Senior Manager to join their Corporate Tax business team.

The team advises private companies, owner-managed businesses (OMBs), and PE-backed business across a broad range of sectors. You will undertake a predominately advisory tax role in corporate and M&A tax.

The structure of the team is unique as it's a small, culture-driven 'family' but has the wider support of the business to assist on large engagements. You will also be able to tailor your role to include past tax experience or areas you want to develop, for example R&D tax work if desired.

You ideally need to be CTA or ACA qualified with experience working with OMBs and mid-sized UK businesses. Thus, corporate tax and personal tax experience is advantageous, although candidates with corporate tax experience will be of particular interest. The Directors are open to informal chats.
