Senior Finance Business Partner, £65,000 - £70,000, West London

A leading, global logistics company based in Heathrow Airport is looking to hire a new Senior Finance Business Partner to manage two of their largest freight entities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious brand among the logistics and travel industry - a rapidly growing organisation with an exciting period of transformation and expansion ahead where you can influence real change, working out of smart, corporate offices with strong transport links. In this role, you will primarily focus on preparing monthly management packs, multisite P&Ls, and various commercial reports for multiple, large entities, essentially acting as the finance lead.
Your new role
As the new Senior Finance Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
* Manage and develop a team of 2 Management Accountants and 1 Assistant Accountant
* Act as the finance lead for 2 of the companies global freight entities with a combines turnover of £40m
* Manage the preparation of monthly group reporting, trend analysis and station performance
* Lead the annual budgets and quarterly forecasts process to be reviewed by senior management
* Manage the capital expenditure and commercial pricing review and approval processes, identifying risks & opportunities
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as a Senior Finance Business Partner here, you will be the following:
* A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc)
* Experience in preparing multi-site financial reports and P&Ls
* Experienced as a finance business partner for multiple large entities (desirable but not essential)
* Experienced in the aviation / transportation / logistics industry (desirable but not necessary)
* A proficient user of Excel
