Senior Group Tax Manager, Surrey (Hybrid) - £80000 - £100000 + £7k car, 20% Bonus

Working for one of the largest PE backed Groups in the UK, an opportunity for a Senior Tax Manager role has been created through team growth and restructure. The Group is number 1 in their market in UK and most of their European jurisdictions and is continuing to grow through acquisition. Reporting to the Head of Tax & Treasury this is a role where you will be involved with transaction support, group projects, business partnering and strategy work (70%) as well as hands on compliance and reporting (30%). Specific responsibilities include:

* Assisting in the planning & implementation of a range of projects including acquisitions, transfer pricing design and documentation, R&D claims and other ad hoc projects
* Lead the Group's response to BEPS developments, MDR and other reporting across Europe
* Assist the business in understanding the technical requirements of employment taxes, including the impact of Global Mobility and PE risk on the Group's operations, and assisting in the design, implementation and maintenance of controls and processes around these areas
* Work on the preparation of UK corporation tax returns and management of outsourced compliance as required, and working on the Group's IFRS and UK FRS101 tax reporting

This is an exciting opportunity and one that has growth potential as the business is keen to see a succession plan in place in the coming years. You will be operating at Senior Manager (or equivalent) and have experience in international corporate tax in a multiple jurisdictions across EMEA.
