In-house Employment Taxes & Reward Advisor REF R 3335 for a large in-house tax team, ideally you will be a manager/ assistant manager from a from a consulting background with all employee taxes/ reward and/or exec reward experience.
You will be responsible for developing the Groups all employee reward, pension and benefits processes. Including supporting on annual reporting and director’s remuneration, management of our annual pay review, pensions auto enrollment, pension re-assessments, annual incentive plans, gender pay gap reporting, and the design and implementation of new benefits.
You will need strong data and analytical skills be able to cope under pressure and communicate clearly and with impact to the team and management.
Ideally you will have had experience in some of the following areas
A Reward and Benefits role
Advanced Excel skills and experience of manipulating and analysing large volumes of data
Strong working knowledge of statutory requirements and legislation influencing Reward design and operation e.g. Gender Pay Gap reporting, National Minimum Wage etc
Experience of leading complex reward related projects and implementing them to deadlines
You will likely have worked in consulting background / large accounting firm etc within employee taxes/ reward and/or exec reward. Manager / Assistant Manager level.
