An excellent opportunity to join a leading business within music industry sector as a Senior Tax Associate with exposure to a wide variety of tax matters.

Responsibilities include:

* Taking a key role in the delivery of all UK corporation tax filings and obligations, such as preparation of UK corporation tax returns (approx. 30 companies), group payment arrangement and Corporate Interest Restriction calculations
* Assisting with the preparation of annual and quarterly group tax reporting/accounting under US GAAP together with gathering information for annual US tax filing requirements for UK group
* Preparing tax accounting disclosures in line with UK GAAP for inclusion in the UK statutory accounts, including reconciliation of tax accounts
* Working with the wider tax team on all aspects of UK tax governance and risk management including SAO compliance and CCO legislation
* Acting as treaty liaison between all group companies and HMRC, processing and applying for all treaty forms for various countries
* Assisting the Indirect Tax Director to gather information for UK VAT filings
* Assisting with preparation of internal tax advice
* Monitoring changes in legislation and carrying out technical research into specific matters
* Get involved with ad-hoc tax projects as required

About you:

* Recently qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ATT
* Experience of preparing corporation tax returns and using a corporate income tax software
* Knowledge of accounting, accounting principles and FRS102 or equivalents
* Good computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SAP, Outlook, Internet etc.)
* Highly organised with excellent all-round communication skills and good coordination and prioritisation skills
* Able to work autonomously, with minimal direct supervision, be pro-active and take initiative
