A leading Advisor in UAE is sourcing for experienced M&A Tax ACA/CTA or equivalent who have worked extensively in the UK/Australia or Asia to join their growing team and move to Dubai.

You will support and lead a team whose focus is the delivery of M&A Tax deals for clients investing in the Middle-East and Middle-Eastern clients investing in Europe, America or Asia:

You will gain access to some the most interesting and complex M&A Tax transactions for Sovereign Wealth Funds, Large Corporates and PE Firms. The ME region is benefiting from a deal bounce and this is a amazing opportunity to join a growing team and fast track your career.

Some examples of the type of projects you may access are:
Advised a Middle-Eastern sovereign fund on the restructuring of its legal and operational structure.
Advised a firm on the restructuring of its activities in Saudi Arabia.
Lead the tax due diligence work across four jurisdictions, in respect of the acquisition of a MEA leader of the electronic payment sector by PE house.
Advised a Middle-Eastern sovereign fund on the tax structuring of several acquisitions globally.
Advised PE investors on the structuring of the acquisition of a European football club.
