Undoubtedly this is a remarkable opportunity for an experienced tax professional to gain "the best of both worlds" by joining a medium-sized Business Tax Team - offering relative autonomy and encouraging independent thinking - whilst being a part of a substantial, vibrant and highly reputable firm with variation, high-quality work and progression. The firm offers brilliant flexible and agile working (albeit the role will be fulfilled remotely initially given present circumstances). Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered, and you may be based from either one of their three Scottish offices depending on your location.

Your new role
As the successful Corporate Tax Manager you will lead client relationships, including a varied portfolio of medium to large businesses, and alongside the senior team provide innovative solutions to various advisory projects. You will ensure a smooth compliance process whilst supervising a small team; supporting, reviewing and championing their development and work. You will also contribute to business development by identifying opportunities in relation to existing clients and/or developing new clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record in relation to the delivery of both compliance and planning work to corporate clientele, inclusive of manager or supervising staff. You will ideally be ACA, CA and/or CTA qualified with post-qualification experience. You will also be approachable, communicative and organised as well as motivated.
