Group Tax Manager

Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with a large investment management firm to appoint their Group Tax Manager.

Partnering closely with the business, stakeholder interaction and immersion will be daily at an incredibly high level to mirror the pace of deal flow and involvement required with the commercial operations.

In the role, you'll contribute significantly towards delivering a high performing central tax function, ensuring all corporate and indirect tax matters are maintained, developing indirect tax knowledge to deliver the necessary returns and reporting, assisting with transactional taxes as required and fulfilling tax reporting and tax management information packs.

Key Deliverables:

● Maintaining and controlling all tax accounts and tax balances of Group companies
● Advising on tax structuring to utilise trapped losses, dividend planning and other ad hoc advisory
● Implementing commercial tax strategies and business partnering with senior stakeholders at the highest level
● Quarterly tax reporting and tax information packs
● Ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines
● Supporting on transactions and Group tax planning and implementation

Candidate Profile:

● Qualified tax or accountancy professional (ACA, CA, CTA)
● Experience of corporate tax is essential
● Experience of using Alphatax is essential
● Experience/knowledge of indirect tax is beneficial

Location: London

Salary: 80-100k base + package
